HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free across the US and varies internationally. Please see shipping cost at checkout if purchasing outside of the US.

WHAT ARE IMPORT/CUSTOMS DUTY FEES?

Applicable to international buyers only. Most countries require buyers to collect customs duties, taxes, etc. for importing consumer goods. You as the buyer are responsible for these fees. These vary by country and are out of my control. Therefore I cannot know and give estimates of the costs. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your purchase.

ONCE SHIPPED, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via UPS Express or Global Post. Tracking information is sent to you once your order is fulfilled. Please allow 2-7 business days for domestic orders to arrive and up to 15 days for international orders. Delivery times vary greatly by location.

ARE YOUR PACKAGES ECO-FRIENDLY?

Yes! The outside packaging used is curbside and thin-film recyclable. The wrapping materials are paper, made out of 100% post-industrial recycled fibers, natural fibers, and repurposed. Each package is uniquely wrapped with care and love. I also encourage you to reuse and recycle any packaging that your items come in ~ boxes, mailers, tissue papers, paper envelopes, stationary and ribbons.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to their rarity and nature, all items are final sale. Signs of wear and use are common in vintage and pre-loved items. If there is a blemish not mentioned on a product’s description, it most likely is hardly visible and won’t affect using it. All shop finds are carefully inspected; however, if a major flaw is missed please contact info@cinemaspells.com for a resolution.

CAN YOU PUT ITEMS ON HOLD?

I do not hold items to be fair and give everyone equal chances to purchase. You can gain early access to new arrivals via a paid Membership Subscription. See Early Access here.

WHAT IS EARLY ACCESS?

Early Access is a month-to-month membership here at Cinema Spells where you can get early access to new Shop arrivals. Most arrivals are rare vintage finds and come in quantities of ONE. Signing up is recommended when you want to have greater chances at scoring something you would like. Other membership perks include early access to seasonal sales, lower prices, and a gallery of research visuals shared by your Shopgirl, Katherine.

DO YOU TAKE SEARCH REQUESTS?
